We've also decided this will be the final Gold Club Members' Summit - and we plan to go out with a real bang - making this an event not to be missed!

WHEN WILL TICKETS BE AVAILABLE?

Tickets are on sale right now (and will sell out!).


WHERE IS THE EVENT TAKING PLACE?

At the Village Hotel, Solihull, less than 20 minutes by car from our previous home near the NEC.  

We decided to make this our new events home as we wanted to make the event accessible for more Gold Club members.  Moving has meant that we've been able to reduce the ticket cost significantly - plus it's significantly more affordable to stay at this hotel, too.

WHAT ARE THE TIMINGS FOR THE EVENT?

We will be revealing the exact itinerary nearer to the event, but expect the event to last all day on Sunday 27th September 2026.  

We'll be starting the event a little later than before to allow more people to be able to travel for the day should they not wish to stay at the hotel the night before - this also means an extra hour in bed for those who do stay at the hotel too, of course! 
 
We will most likely begin around 10am and the Summit will finish sometime around 5pm.   

We will confirm the exact timings and full itinerary closer to the event.


WILL THERE BE AN AFTER PARTY THIS YEAR?

You know that there will!  We've learned that this is one of the elements people love the most, so this year we'll be going all out to ensure that the "final dance" is one to remember for everyone.

Drinks, DJ, dancing, some surprises.  

You know the drill.  This social event will provided for FREE for those who wish to join us and will be in the same venue as the main Summit.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?

Yes, it is and it's free.  This particular venue is also well served by train with Solihull train station just 10 minutes away. Click here for direction on getting to the venue.


CAN I BRING A GUEST WITH ME?

This event is solely for paying Gold Club members and as such there will initially only be a maximum of one ticket per person.  Sadly we can't allow business partners, other halves, managers or any other guests due to limited numbers of seats.  

However, should there be any unsold tickets after 1st July 2026 then we would make them available to business partners at that point only with a maximum of one additional ticket per Gold Club member. 
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE EVENT?

The format for 2026 will be similar to our previous events, with Hollie and Ryan presenting the vast majority of the material on the day with some of the sessions being interactive workshop sessions.   We've also listened to your feedback and will be inviting along some guest speakers for you to enjoy also.   We'll announce those in due course.


There will also be the opportunity to meet and network with your fellow Goldies if you wish (but we promise there will be no awkward forcing of people to do this, ice breaker exercises or making people stand up and introduce themselves as we know lots of people have palpitations at the thought of this!).


IS LUNCH PROVIDED?

Absolutely!  Food will be provided during the lunch break and all ticket holders will be served a fork buffet lunch.  

There will also be snacks and hot and cold drinks provided throughout the event.


WHAT IS HAPPENING THE NIGHT BEFORE? 

Should you wish to stay at the hotel the night before the Summit then we'll be congregating in the hotel bar for a few sociable drinks.    We had a huge group of Goldies doing this for 2025 and it certainly helped to break the ice for so many.

WILL THE PARTNER'S AREA BE BACK THIS YEAR?

We were blown away by the positive response to our partner's area last year and we can confirm that there will again be a selection of hand picked other companies in attendance.

You'll have plenty of opportunity to speak with them and learn how they can help you achieve your goals faster.

Without the support of our partners we would not be able to run an event like this, so we are truly thrilled to have them alongside us. 


I CAN'T RAISE THE MONEY IN ONE GO - ANY CHANCE OF A PAYMENT PLEASE?

Absolutely!  There is the option of paying 10 interest free payments of just £22 - as long as you grab your ticket before the end of November!


WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?

Ticket sales - including any part payments - are final, non-refundable and non-transferable so if you're not sure if you can attend then please do not purchase a ticket until you know for sure.  Likewise, you must have an active Gold Club membership to be able to attend.  As this will be the final Summit there can be no rollovers and if you buy a ticket and don't attend then you will forfeit any funds paid as we still have to pay for your delegate ticket with the venue.


WHAT HAPPENS IF THE EVENT CAN'T TAKE PLACE?

In the unlikely event that we're not able to run the event then a new date will be picked in the future and your ticket will be transferred to that date.


HOW MUCH ARE THE TICKETS?

We've added partners to the event to subsidise your ticket price to make the 2026 event more affordable than ever.  

The investment for a Summit ticket, including the evening back costs just £220.


WHAT ABOUT AN OVERNIGHT STAY?

The vast majority stay for at least one night, with many making a weekend of it, and past experience has shown us that the best value hotel rooms are actually found by becoming a Village Hotel member.
